At KibbleWatches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return or exchange policy for all items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the timepiece you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films, then secure it within a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package to ensure safe transit back to our inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the watch's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
